What is the warranty on my Rhythm clock?
Our warranty has 1-year from purchase period. We warranty that the clocks will be free from any manufacturer defects for one year.
What if my clock malfunctions?
Don't worry. Call us and any of our friendly customer service reps will be able to assist you. 99% of the time, one of our staff members will be able to troubleshoot the clock successfully over the phone. What if my clock is dropped/fell off the wall?
We can offer you a repair service. Give us a call to make sure that we still carry your clock in our current line. You will need a 'return authorization' number in order for us to accept your clock in for any repair work. Call our headquarter office and any of our customer service reps will be able to help you.
What kind of batteries should I use?
Our recommendation is a carbon-zinc battery. An example and a reliable maker of the battery is Eveready. The model/brand on the battery that you're looking for is "Eveready Super-Heavy Duty." You can find the batteries in the stores Big Lots, Dollar General, and Wal-Mart.
How often should I change the batteries?
On normal use, being that the monitor is rarely pressed, the batteries will last anywhere from 6 to 12 months. If you hit the monitor button frequently, then more than likely you will have to change them more frequently.
How should I clean my clock?
If you have a plastic framed clock, you would use a soft cloth, damp rag with a mild solution, such as Dawn liquid. Make sure the cloth is soft to prevent any scratches on your frame. If you have a wooden frame, use a dry soft cloth to clean the frame only. You may use Windex on the glass and on the back of the clock only.
